Just wanted to drop you a note to let you know that the process of investigating, purchasing and having a new heating and cooling system installed in our house was a very positive experience for us.  I appreciate that you took the time to evaluate our house, heating and cooling needs and our budget J and then put together a proposal that was best for us and our situation.  I am especially glad for your recommendation of the heat pump.  I believe this addition to the system will pay for it’s self in a very short time based on rising fossil fuel costs.

 You and your son did a great job installing our new furnace and heat pump.  I appreciate that all of your work was very organized and well thought out.  Your care for our house as you worked as well as the clean-up was outstanding.

 I also appreciate the additional night you spent after the installation, walking my wife and I through all the features of the system and how to operate everything.

 If you ever have a customer who would like a reference I would be more than happy to talk to them.

 As winter approaches and I get a better understanding of the dollars I save with the heat pump I will be sure to share that with you so that you can pass that on to other potential customers.

To whom it may concern:  On October 13, Darl Pollock with Hudsonville Heating & Cooling, LLC.  came to install a new Coleman furnace in my condo home.  He and his assistant worked very efficiently to remove the old furnace and install the new one.  They left the area clean and neat and made sure I was informed about the operations of the new furnace.  They also installed a new air-conditioning unit outside.

I have been comfortable and totally satisfied with the new furnace through this very cold and snowy winter so far.

I had a need to call him regarding a slight leak around the bottom of the furnace and he responded quickly to check it.  It was no fault of the furnace but a leak in the old hose to the humidifier.  I would highly recommend Mr. Pollock at Hudsonville Heating & Cooling and the Coleman Product he installed.
